Scale-X Fluid Conditioning Technology

                                VESSEL  TYPE  MFCs

Scale-X MFCs are specifically
 designed for each application

Vessel Type MFC is a revolutionary concept.

The vessel type MFCs are located internal to the vessel as shown in the photographs to the right. Each unit is designed for the particular application, that is, they are "application specific" and no "off the shelf" units are available. These incorporate flow profiling, vortex breaker functions and velocity amplification.

These MFCs are a new revolutionary concept in design and in the way magnetic fluid conditioning is applied in large industrial applications.  Previous to this design it was not possible to treat standpipes which suffered from chronic scale deposition at the mouth of the stand pipe and down stream from the vessel.  This has proved particularly successful in also treating scale problems in down stream valves, including modulating control valves.

Sizes range from 4 inch (100mm) diameter standpipes upwards.

The vessel type MFCs shown to the right are located in an oil/water separation vessel on an offshore platform in the South China Sea.  The vessel is approximately 12 meters long and 4 meters diameter.
